How to Deactivate a Business Plan in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how to deactivate a Business Plan in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM, navigate to Extensions and click Business Plans.

6. You will be directed to Active Business Plans by default.

7. Locate the business plan you want to deactivate by using using either the Filter by keyword bar or you may also use the filter by on each category.

8. Once located, select the checkbox next to the business plan title.

9. The Deactivate option appears in the command bar.

10.  Click it to continue. A dialog box appears for confirmation.

11.  Click Deactivate. The business plan will automatically be moved to the Inactive Business Plan listing.
