How to Deactivate Affiliated Resellers in Xvantage for Associates

Overview :

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to deactivate affiliated resellers on the Xvantage for Associates.

Process :

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu, click End User then choose End User Accounts.

4. From the list, click the hyperlinked End User ID to view their information.

5. Switch to Affiliated Reseller tab.

6. Under the Actions column, click Deactivate.
