How to Delete a Post in a Competitor Record in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how to delete a post from a competitor record in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and click Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Competitors.

6. Use the category filter or Quick Find icon to locate the desired competitor record.

7. Click the competitor's name (a hyperlink) to open its detailed view.

8. Click the Notes tab where both notes and posts are saved.

9. Locate the post that you want to delete, click the delete icon (trash can).

10. A confirmation pop-up will appear — click OK to confirm deletion.

11. The Timeline will refresh, and the post will be permanently removed.
