How to Delete a Post in a Competitor Record in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how to delete a post from a competitor record in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the Xvantage CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Competitors.

6. Use the category filter or Quick Find icon to locate the desired competitor record.

7. Click the competitor's name (a hyperlink) to open its detailed view.

8. In the Competitor tab, refer to the Timeline section to find the post you want to delete.

9. Once you've located the post, click the delete icon (trash can).

10. A confirmation pop-up will appear — click OK to confirm deletion.

11. The Timeline will refresh, and the post will be permanently removed.
