How to Download a Post-Mortem Document in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can download a post-mortem document from X4A.

Note: This function is available to Powerbuy Associates only.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Purchasing.

4. Select Post-Mortem from the sub-menu.

5. You will be directed to the Post-Mortem list.

6. Locate the post-mortem that you want to download by utilizing the search boxes just above the list, or the country selector located on the upper right corner of the screen.

7. Once located, click on the hyperlinked Powerbuy ID.

8. The post-mortem details page will be displayed. On the upper right-hand side of the page, click on the paperclip icon.

9. An expanded window will appear on the right, containing the post-mortem's attached documents and its overview details.

10. Then, simply click on the document that you want to download.

11. The file will be saved to your device.
