How to Download a Post-Mortem's Remaining SKUs Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how to download a post-mortem remaining SKUS report from X4A’s Purchasing page.

Note: This function is available to Powerbuy Associates only.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Purchasing.

4. Select Post-Mortem from the sub-menu.

5. You will be directed to the Post-Mortem list.

6. Locate the post-mortem that you want to download by utilizing the search boxes just above the list, or the country selector located on the upper right corner of the screen.

7. Once located, click on the hyperlinked Powerbuy ID.

8. The post-mortem details page will be displayed.

9. By default, you will land on the Modeling tab. Switch to Remaining Units.

10. Search for the product through its SKU using the search box.

11. Finally, click on Download located on the right side of the page.
