How to Download Bids as an Excel File in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how to download bids in Excel format from CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From the CRM’s left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales.

6. Click Bid Tool.

7. Click on extended search link button. Filter by today's date or other filters then click on Search button.

8. From the upper right corner of the screen, just below the COP Access for menu, you will see the Actions drop-down menu.

9. Click on Download as Excel button.

   *Note: If no filters are applied when you click on Download as Excel button, an error message Cannot Export more than 10,000 rows!! will be displayed.

10. The file will be saved to your device.
