How to Download Campaign Audience List in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide for associates on how to download the audience list of a campaign within the  Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click  Marketing Suite.

4. You will be redirected to the  Marketing Suite Hub.

5. Use the search bar to locate the specific campaign.

6. Click the campaign name (hyperlinked) to open its details page.

7. Navigate to the Target Audience tab.

8. From the Audience Customer List, click the ellipsis icon (⋮) beside Audience Settings.

9. Select Download List from the dropdown menu.

10. The audience list file will be automatically downloaded and saved to your computer.
