How to Download Campaign Incentive Payout in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide for Associates on how to download the campaign incentive payout within Xvantage for Associates.

Note:
Incentive Payout tab's visibility might vary depending on the campaign status.

Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.
Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Marketing Suite.
You will be redirected to the Marketing Suite Hub.
Use the search bar to locate the specific campaign.
Click the campaign name (hyperlinked) to open its details page.
Navigate to the Incentive Payout tab.
Click Download Payout.
The file will automatically be downloaded and will be saved to your computer.
