Overview:
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to download data the full dataset displayed in the Compliance Dashboard within the Vendor Score Card in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). Users can export all dashboard data or download specific tiles such as charts or summaries in various formats including PDF and CSV.
This article explains how to download the Compliance Dashboard as a single file in your preferred format.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors then select Vendor Score Card.
At the top left of the screen, you will see three tabs:
Compliance
Performance
Appendix
Click the Compliance tab.
The dashboard will display the following datasets:
Total Charges (Year-to-Date)
Number of Violations (Year-to-Date)
Top 5 Vendors by Charges
Chargeback Amount and Number of Violations
Chargeback Amount by Type
Summary of Chargeback Value by Chargeback Type
Total Charges by Top 20 Vendors
PO Summary
PO Line Detail
To ensure the data is up to date, click the Reload icon next to the filters.
Click the Filter icon to access and apply any of the 19 available filters to refine the data based on specific vendors or conditions.
Click the ellipsis icon (⋮) on the dashboard beside the filters and select Download.
A pop-up window will appear. Choose your preferred format:
PDF - if this is chosen, you must choose a paper size from the drop-down
CSV
Click Download.
The download will begin automatically and will be saved in your Downloads folder.
