How to Download Inventory Aging Report in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document includes steps on how to download inventory aging report under Supply Chain in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for X4A and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain, and then click Inventory Aging.

4. The screen will display the Inventory Aging Reports for Warehouse level, and Country level.

5. Locate the ellipsis icon found on the upper right corner of each reports section by hovering the mouse over the report name.

6. Select Download Data.

7. Customize your data in terms of formatting, and other available option from the Advanced data options dropdown.

8. Finally, click Download.
