How to Download Order Information in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to download order information in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In Xvantage CRM’s left navigation pane, click Licensing Locator under the Licensing section.

6. Search for the order you want to download.

7. To download a summary of the order, click Download Summary.

8. If you have multiple orders in your results, use Export by Selection to choose which orders to download.

9. To download line-level or vendor details:

   • Click Download Detail.

   • Enter up to five email addresses, separated by a comma and a space.

   • Choose which report(s) you want to receive via email:

     • Ingram Order Details (includes Product Information tab)

     • Vendor Details (includes Order Line Details tab)

     • Both (sent as two separate emails)
