How to Download Paperwork from Bid Life Cycle in GDE in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to download paperwork from Bid Life Cycle in GDE in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu Revenue and click GDE deals & discounts or Navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: gds.ingrammicro.com.

4. Using the standalone link, hover over the left side navigation menu and select Bid Life Cycle.

5. Search using the available parameters to locate any bid that paperwork is needed.

6. Click the hyperlink for the bid to open the details.

7. Under the bid #, click the Download Paperwork button to download.
