How to Download Report in Email Order Configurator Page in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document includes steps on how to download the report on the Email order configurator page in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Administration and then click Email order configurator. Email to order configuration page appears.

4. Click the Download icon that appears below ETO Metrics, located at the top-right corner of the page.  

5. The report will be saved to your device.
