How to Download Sales Performance Reports in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how to download the whole Sales Performance Report page, as well as specific reports within this page in X4A. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Hover over the left navigation menu and click on Sales. Then, select Sales Performance. 

4. Click the ellipsis icon located on the upper right corner of the page. Select Download. 

5. You will be asked to pick the format of the report – CSV or PDF. 

6. Once the report format has been selected, click Download. 

7. The file will be automatically saved to your device.

Subtopic 1: How to Download Specific Sales Performance Report in X4A

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Hover over the left navigation menu and click on Sales. Then, select Sales Performance.

4. Scroll through the entire Sales Performance page and locate the specific dashboard or report that you need to download. 

5. Hover over the upper right corner of the report to display the ellipsis icon. 

6. Click Download data.

7. You will be asked to choose the format of the report – CSV or PDF, as well as to set certain advanced data options.

8. Once done, click Download.
