Overview:
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to to export individual data tiles or charts using custom options in OTIF (On-Time and In-Full) data from the Performance Dashboard within the Vendor Score Card section in Xvantage for Associates (X4A) for the CA. Users can export the full dashboard or specific visualizations as needed.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors then select Vendor Score Card.
At the top left of the screen, you will see three tabs:
Compliance
Performance
Appendix
Click the Performance tab, then select the OTIF (On-Time and In-Full Summary) tab. The screen will display the following:
On-Time Summary
In-Full Summary
Trend
Summary by country
Top Vendors
PO Summary
To ensure the data is up to date, click the Reload icon next to the filters.
Click the Filter icon to access and apply any of the 17 available filters to refine the data based on specific vendors or conditions.
Hover over the upper-right corner of the desired data (e.g., Summary by Country).
A small ellipsis icon (⋮) will appear. Click it and select Download Data.
In the pop-up window, configure the following:
Format – Choose from the drop-down (CSV, Excel, HTML, etc.)
Advanced Data Options:
○ Results – Select With visualizations or as displayed in data table
○ Data Values – Choose Formatted or Unformatted
○ Number of Rows to Include – Choose from Current result table or Custom
Click Download. The download will start automatically, and the specific file will be saved in your Downloads folder.
