How to Download the Post-Mortem List in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can access and download the Post-Mortem list from X4A’s Purchasing module.

Note: This function is available to Powerbuy Associates only.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Purchasing.

4. Select Post-Mortem from the sub-menu.

5. You will be directed to the Post-Mortem list which displays crucial information such as Powerbuy ID, Powerbuy Name, Status, Fiscal Period, Master Vendor Name and others.  

6. Select the appropriate category. A search box will appear above the list. Use it to locate the post-mortem you want to download.

7. Once located, click on Download just below the country selector button.

8. The file will be saved to your device’s downloaded folder.
