How to Download Transaction Report in Campaign Performance in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to download the Transaction Report in Campaign Performance in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A,hover over the left navigation menu and click Marketing.

4. Click Campaign Performance.

5. Select the Transaction Report tab.

Subtopic 1: How to Download the Entire Transaction Report in Campaign Performance

Process:

1. Click the ellipsis icon (⋮) located beside the filters.

2. Select Download.

3. In the pop-up window, choose your desired format:

   • CSV

   • PDF – If selected, you must also choose a paper size from the drop-down

4. Click Download.

5. The file will begin downloading automatically and will be saved in your Downloads folder.

Subtopic 2: How to Download Specific Data in Transaction Report in Campaign Performance

Process:

1. Hover your mouse to the right side of the specific tile (e.g., Reseller Summary).

2. A small ellipsis icon (⋮) will appear. Click it and select Download Data.

3. In the pop-up window, configure the following options:

   • Format – Choose from CSV, Excel, HTML, etc.

   • Advanced Data Options:

     ○ Results – With visualizations or As displayed in data table

     ○ Data Values – Formatted or Unformatted

     ○ Number of Rows to Include – Current result table or Custom

4. Click Download.

5. The download will begin automatically and be saved in your Downloads folder.
