How to Edit Columns in Archived Tracks in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

These steps will help you to edit columns in Archived Tracks in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Marketing.

4. Select Growth tracks.

5. By default, you will land on the Unpublished Tracks tab. Click on Archived Tracks.

6. Click the Edit Columns button.

7. The list of columns will be displayed.

   • Active columns – The columns that are currently on display.

   • Available columns – All other columns that you want to add to the current view.

8. Check and uncheck all the columns that you want to include and remove from your view.

9. As you make your columns selection, the page automatically updates.
