How to Edit Columns in Published Tracks in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

These steps will help you to edit columns in Published Growth Tracks in Xvantage for Associates.

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Growth tracks.

4. Click Published Tracks.

5. Click Region. A drop-down menu appears.

6. Select the desired region and click Apply.

7. Click Country. A drop-down menu appears.

8. Select the check box for the desired country/countries and click Apply.

9. Click Edit Columns button.

10. The list of columns will be displayed.

    • Active columns – The columns that are currently on display.

    • Available columns – All other columns that you want to add to the current view.

11. Check and uncheck all the columns that you want to include and remove from your view.

12. As you make your columns selection, the page automatically updates.
