How to Edit Columns in Vendors in CRM

Overview:

This article provides instructions on how to customize the Vendors list view in Xvantage CRM. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.
2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 
3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Vendors.
6. Click Edit Columns located on the upper right corner of the screen. A side menu will appear on the right.
7. Columns that were displayed by default will be listed down. Click the ellipsis icon to:
   • Remove the column
   • Move the placement of the column
8. Next, select Add Column. Choose the necessary fields you want to add and display.
9. Finally, click Apply.
