How to Edit Quote Products Details in CRM

Overview:

This article explains how to access and update quote product details in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

   • Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Quote Products.

6. The Quote Product Inline Edit View opens by default. If necessary, select a different view that contains the quote product you want to update.

7. Select the checkbox next to the desired Product Name.

8. On the command bar, select the Edit (pencil) icon to enable editing.

9. Update the necessary quote product details.

10. Click Save & Close to save your changes and exit the record.
