How to Edit Quote View Name and Description in CRM

Overview:

Refer to this knowledge base article to modify the name and description of a quote view.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the Xvantage CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Quotes.

6. Select the quotes view drop-down selector.

7. Click Manage and Share Views.

8. A panel will show up on the right side of the display.

9. Find the quote view you wish to modify from the selection.

10. Click the ellipsis icon and select Edit Info.

11. Update the quote view name and its description.

12. Hit Save.

    • If you have editing permissions for a quote view, it will display a human icon. By clicking the ellipsis icon, you will be able to select the option to Edit info.

    • Views that cannot be altered will solely feature the option to Set as default view.
