How to Email a Link of a Selected Opportunity Record in CRM

Overview:

This guide walks you through the steps to email a link of one or more opportunity records from CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to the Sales section, then select Opportunities.

6. Use the category filter or Quick Find icon to locate the desired opportunity.

7. Tick the checkbox next to the opportunity you want to share. Multiple selections allowed.

8. Click the ellipsis icon (⋮) and select Email a Link.

9. An Outlook email window will open with the opportunity link(s) in the body.

10. Add a subject line, your message, and any additional information.

11. Add recipients and click Send.
