How to Email Licenses in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to email licenses in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From the left navigation menu of CRM, navigate to the Licensing section on the sidebar and click Retrieve Emails.

6. Search for the license using the appropriate fields. 

7. Once the license has been located, click Email Licenses.

8. Nominate email addresses of the recipients, separated by a comma and a space (e.g., name1@email.com, name2@email.com).

9. Click Submit.
