Overview:
This article explains how administrators can enable Work Item Customization in the Sales Accelerator work list in Xvantage for Associates (X4A) CRM. Enabling this feature allows users with administrative permissions to customize the appearance and layout of work items.
Important: Only users with administrative permissions can enable and manage work item customization.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
Search for X4A and open it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) opens in a new browser tab.
Tip: Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In X4A, select Sales from the left navigation menu.
From the Sales submenu, select CRM.
In the CRM left navigation menu, under My Work, select Sales Accelerator.
On the Work List page, select the ellipsis (⋮) icon and then select Settings.
Select Work Item Appearance.

Enable Switch to Admin Mode to unlock customization settings.
(Optional) Select Lock Customization to prevent other administrators from modifying the configuration.
Click Save to apply your changes.
