How to Enter a New Bid in CRM

This article will guide you on how to enter a new bid in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From the CRM’s left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales.

6. Click Bid Tool.

7. From the upper right corner of the screen, just below the COP Access for menu, you will see the Actions drop-down menu.

8. Select +Enter New Bid.
