Overview:
This document includes steps on the information that is included in the main email order configurator screen on X4A.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Administration.
Click on Email Order Configurator.
When you enter the Email order configurator section, you will see all the clients who are onboarded in ETO. You have the following information in the initial screen:
Configuration – In this column you can see:
Format icon – This is the file format of the purchase orders for this partner.
Partner name – This is the reseller name from our system.
ID number – This number is called Jarvis ID or the number in ETO system which is linked to the partner account number.
BCN / Account – This is the partner account number in our system.
Input type – This is the file format of the purchase orders for this partner (PDF, Excel, Email to body etc.).
Created on – In this column you have the creation date in ETO for this partner and the person who has onboarded it in ETO.
Last modified – In this column you have the last date on which there was a change made to the configuration settings in ETO for this partner and the person who has made them.
Status – this column shows you the status of the configurated partner:
Activated – This means that this client is Activated to use ETO.
Deactivated – This means that this client configuration has been deactivated for some reason. If you need more information, you can contact the person who has created it or last modified it.
Setup pending – This means that some of the information that are mandatory are missing in the configuration. When the information is filled in, you will have the possibility to Activate or Deactivate the client.
On the top left corner, you have a search bar in which you can search for a configurated partner in ETO (by Name, by BCN account and by Jarvis ID).
On the same row on the right side, you have the filter option. When you click on it, you can filter your view by:
Status
Reseller name
BCN account
Input type
Country (if you have X4A access for multiple countries)
Created on
Created by
Last modified (a period of time such as 1 week,1 month, etc.)
Last modified (by name of the associate who has made modifications on some configurations)
Next to the filter option, you have the Download option. By clicking it, you will download an Excel file with all the resellers that are configurated in ETO for all the countries that you have X4A access – Name/BCN/Partner ID in ETO/Country/File Format/Status.
Next to the download option, you have the Add new blue button which will trigger the start of the configuration of a new partner in ETO.
In the top right corner, you have the ETO Metrics section which will transfer you to a new section in X4A. In this section, you can find more detailed information for all the onboarded partners in ETO.
You have always the possibility to enter and make changes to the configuration.
