How to Export a Campaign in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

Once your campaign is processed after 24 hours, you can export the campaign. This article provides the step-by-step process on how to export a campaign in Xvantage for Associates.

Note: Look for campaigns with the "Ready for Export" status. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A,hover over the left navigation menu and click Marketing Suite.

4. You will be directed to the Marketing Suite hub.

5. Search for your campaign that you need to export.

6. Click the campaign name (a hyperlink) to open its details.

7. Click the down arrow beside the Edit Details.

8. Click Export.

9. The Export campaign pop up will appear. You can export this campaign to Marketo. Input the Workfront project ID. Click Export.
