Overview:
This article explains how to export End User records from Xvantage for Associates (X4A) CRM as a Dynamic Excel Worksheet. A dynamic worksheet remains connected to CRM data, allowing you to refresh the file and view the most current information without creating a new export.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for X4A and open it.
Tip: You can also open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Customers > End Users.
By default, the page opens in the Active End Users view unless a different default view has been selected.
If you are in Focused View, click Read Only Grid to switch to the grid view.
On the command bar, click the arrow next to Export to Excel.
If Export to Excel is not visible, click the ellipsis (⋮) menu and select it from the available options.
Select Dynamic Worksheet.
In the export window, choose the columns you want to include in the worksheet.
Click Export.
The file is automatically downloaded to your device.
