Overview:
This article explains how to export a Dynamic Excel Worksheet from the Orders section in CRM. A Dynamic Worksheet creates a live connection to CRM data in Excel, making it easier to analyze, filter, and report on order information.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
Search for X4A in Okta and open it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.
Tip: Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In X4A, expand the left navigation menu and select Sales.
From the Sales submenu, select CRM.
In CRM’s left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Orders.
Select the view that contains the orders you want to export.
By default, the My Orders view is displayed unless a different view has been selected.
To switch views, select the current view name and choose the desired view (for example, All Orders).
On the command bar, select the ellipsis icon icon (⋮).
Expand Export to Excel by selecting the arrow next to the option.
Select Dynamic Worksheet.
In the export window, select the columns you want to include in the worksheet.
Click Export.
The Excel file is downloaded automatically to your device.
Important: Dynamic Worksheets maintain a connection to CRM data. Ensure you have Microsoft Excel installed and the required permissions to access and refresh the exported data.
