Overview:
This article will guide you through exporting a dynamic pivot table from the Account Vendor Profiles data in CRM. The file will be saved in your device in an Excel spreadsheet.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Extensions. Choose Account Vendor Profiles.
Click the ellipsis icon located on the command bar.
Click the right arrow beside the Export to Excel.
Select Dynamic Pivot Table from the options.
A small pop-up window will appear, letting you select the columns for your pivot table.
Once you’re done with the pivot structure, hit Export.
The file will be automatically downloaded to your device.
