Overview:
This article explains how to export End User records from Xvantage for Associates (X4A) CRM as a Dynamic PivotTable in Microsoft Excel. Dynamic PivotTables allow you to analyze CRM data, summarize information, and create customized reports using the latest exported records.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for X4A and open it.
Tip: You can also open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Customers > End Users.
By default, the page opens in the Active End Users view in Focused View unless a different default view has been selected.
If you are in Focused View, click Read Only Grid to switch to the grid view.
On the command bar, click the arrow next to Export to Excel.
If Export to Excel is not visible, click the ellipsis (⋮) menu and select it from the available options.
Select Dynamic PivotTable.
In the export window, choose the columns you want to include in the PivotTable.
Review the PivotTable configuration and click Export.
The Excel file is automatically downloaded to your device. A Dynamic PivotTable workbook containing the selected End User data is generated and downloaded. You can use Excel's PivotTable features to sort, filter, group, and analyze CRM data more effectively.
