Overview:
This article will guide you on how you can export a static worksheet of Account Vendor Profiles to Excel. Be guided that static worksheets are basically a snapshot of the data at a specific point in time, it won’t update even if the source data changes.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
From CRM left navigation menu, scroll down to Extensions. Choose Account Vendor Profiles.
Click the ellipsis icon located on the command bar.
Click the right arrow beside the Export to Excel.
Select Static Worksheet from the options.
The file will be automatically downloaded to your device.
