How to Export Data from Pricing Rules in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide outlines the steps to export data from the Pricing Rules feature in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Note: Previously named as Advanced Search, now called Pricing Rules.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A Hover over the left navigation menu and click Revenue.

4. Click Pricing Rules.

5. View the pricing rules displayed from the Global Pricing Engine (GPE).

6. Click the tile you want to export the data such as:

   • Customer Vendor - CP

   • Customer Group CP

7. Click the Export dropdown located on the right side of the page.

8. Select Export View.

9. A notification will show at the bottom of your screen, that the table is being exported.

10. You will receive an email with the exported data once ready.
