How to Export End User's Open Opportunities to Excel in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how to export an end user’s open opportunities to Excel in CRM.  

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the Xvantage CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Customers and select End Users. 

6. By default, the view is set to Active End Users in Focused View unless you’ve changed your default view. 

7. Locate the specific end user using the quick search function or filter by.  

8. In the General tab, look for the Related Transactions section.

9. Click the ellipsis icon (⋮) in the Related Transactions section.

10. Click Export Opportunities.

11. The file will automatically download and will be saved to your computer.
