Overview:
This article explains how to export a Quote Product list from CRM to a Microsoft Excel file. Exporting data allows you to review, analyze, filter, and share quote product information outside of CRM.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Quote Products.
By default, the Quote Product Inline Edit View will display. Verify that the appropriate view is selected and displays the quote products you want to export.
Select the checkbox next to one of the records in the list.
On the command bar, click Export to Excel.
The Excel file is generated and downloaded automatically.
The selected Quote Product list is exported to an Excel file, which can be opened for further review, analysis, or sharing.
