Overview:
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to export the list of Sales Operation Codes from the Xvantage CRM to an Excel file. This is useful for reporting, analysis, or record-keeping purposes.
Note: This function is used by Business Admins.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In CRM, find Extensions in the left navigation panel.
Select Sales Operation Code from the Extensions sub-menu.
Ensure the view is set to Active Sales Operation Codes Configs to be able to display all active records. If you want to export the inactive records, change your view to Inactive Sales Operation Codes Configs.
Click Export to Excel on the command bar.
The file will automatically download and be saved to your Downloads folder.
