How to Export the SKU List of a Powerbuy in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to download the full SKU list directly from the SKU tab without navigating away or exporting from another system in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Note: This function is available to Powerbuy Associate only.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A Hover over the left navigation menu and click Purchasing.

4. Select Powerbuy from the sub-menu.

5. Use the search bar to enter the Powerbuy Name or ID.

6. Click the Powerbuy ID hyperlink to open its details.

7. Click the SKU List tab.

8. Click the Download (hyperlink) on the right side.

9. The full SKU list will be downloaded to a Excel file.
