How to Export to Excel the Account Business Units in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to export to Excel the Customer Survey Instance in CRM.

Note: This function is used by Business Admins.   

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 

3. Within X4A Hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM find to Extensions in the left navigation panel.

6. Select Account Business Units from the Extensions sub-menu.

7. By default, the view is set to Active Account Business Units. Tick the checkbox beside the account business unit you want to export.

8. Click the ellipsis icon on the command bar.

9. Click the Export to Excel located at the command bar. The file will be downloaded automatically.

10. If you want to export everything, simply click Export to Excel.
