How to Find a Quote by Account, Vendor or Quote Number in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will help you to find a Quote by BCN Account number, Vendor or Quote number in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.  

   • Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, navigate to Sales from the left navigation menu.

4. Under the Quotes section, select All Quotes.

5. Use the Search field to enter the search criteria:

   • Search by BCN Account - Every quote for an account, in one search. No quote or deal ID needed.

   • Search by Vendor - Every quote for a vendor, for simple vendor-level tracking.

   • Search by Quote Name - To identify a specific quote.

6. Use the More filters on the right top of the list for detailed search:

   • Expiration Window - Expires today, Expires within 3 days, Expires within 7 days or Expired last 7 days.

   • Quote owner - My quotes.

   • Created on - choose a date of the creation.

   • Last updated on - choose a date of the last update.

   • Quote status - Active, Draft or Closed.

   • Ingram Micro probability

   • Ingram Micro expected close date

   • Reseller

   • Vendor

   • Quote updates - Newly updated (within 24 hours) or Newly updated ( Weekly).

7. Click on the blue button Show results to view the list of the desired quote type.
