Overview:
This article explains how to locate and review quotes in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). You can search for a quote using a Quote ID and view key details such as customer information, vendor details, pricing, status, and expiration date.
Process:
Follow these steps to find a quote in Xvantage for Associates:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In X4A, navigate to Sales from the left navigation menu.
Under the Quotes section, select All Quotes.
In the Quotes page, enter the Quote ID in the search field and press Enter.
Quote Information Available:
The search results may display the following information:
Quote Name/ID
End Customer
BCN
Customer Name
Last Update
Created On
Vendor
Expiry Date
Total Price
Status
Additional columns may be displayed depending on your organization's configuration and permissions.
View Quote Details:
To view detailed quote information:
Click the Quote Name/ID hyperlink.
Review the quote details page, which may include:
Product information
Pricing details
Customer information
Vendor details
Quote status
Expiration information
Available actions, such as revising or ordering the quote
From the quote details page, you can continue with any actions available for the selected quote.
Tips:
Verify that the Quote ID is entered correctly to ensure accurate search results.
Use the quote status to determine whether the quote is ready for ordering or requires additional action.
Review the expiration date before proceeding with an order.
Select the quote directly from the results list to access the latest quote information.
