How to Find Open Orders in Order Management in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will explain step by step how to find an open order you’d like to review.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select Order Management from the sub-menu.

5. All Open Orders will be displayed. The Open Orders are either orders that haven't been printed yet to the warehouse, or for D-type orders, ones which have not yet been linked to a purchase order.

6. To view all orders regardless of the status, you may select Sales then click Order Status Tracking in the left navigation menu.
