Overview:
This guide outlines the steps to manage and control visibility of specific data points that a vendor can see in their Xvantage for Vendors (X4V) account using the Xvantage for Associates (X4A).
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors then select Account Management.
From the drop-down menu, select Vendor Account.
Use the search bar to find the vendor account you want to manage the specific vendor data points.
Click the Vendor Account Name (displayed as a hyperlink) to open its details.
Click X4V Controls tab.
The X4V Orders and Quotes section allows you to control whether specific data points are displayed to the vendor in their Xvantage for Vendors (X4V) account. When the Status toggle is set to ON, the following information will be visible to the vendor:
Quotes
Reseller company name
Price
End Customer (new!)
Ingram Micro Contact (new!)
To change visibility, toggle the switch next to the corresponding control.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Save to confirm your selection.
