Overview:
This article provides the steps on how you can update certain approvers for a country through Xvantage for Associate’s Powerbuy Configuration page.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.
Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Administration. Next, click on Powerbuy Configuration.
You will be directed to the Powerbuy Configuration Countries dashboard.
Locate and select the country that you want to view by utilizing the filter function or through the dashboard list.
Once located, click the hyperlinked country code.
By default, you will land on the country’s Finance Configuration details tab. Be sure to switch to Approver Configuration.
Under the Approver Mapping Settings section, you may update the following drop-down menus:
Demand Planner
Planning Manager
Financial Approver
Legal Approver
Finance Accounting
Once done, hit Save.
