Overview:
This article provides the steps to manage saved views in the Global Cost Engine in Xvantage for Associates. You can use the Manage Views option to delete views that are no longer needed or rearrange saved views to organize them based on your preferred order.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Revenue.
Click Product Costing.
The Product Costing page will be displayed.
To find a specific product costing record, enter the relevant information in the search bar.
Click the file name hyperlink to view the full product costing information.
Click the drop-down arrow.
Click Manage Views. The Manage Views is displayed, where you can delete or rearrange your saved views.

Hover over the view you want to delete.
Click the trash can icon that appears next to the selected view.
A confirmation message is displayed. Click Confirm to delete the selected view.
A notification is displayed confirming that the view has been successfully deleted.
Subtopic 2: How to Rearrange the Saved Views in Global Cost Engine in Xvantage for Associates
Use the drag handle to drag and rearrange the saved views according to your preferred order.
Click Apply to save the changes.
A notification is displayed confirming that the view settings have been successfully saved. The saved views are then displayed in the order you selected.
