How to Manage Your Views when Searching for Catalog Management Tasks in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can search for catalog management tasks in X4A.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors then select Catalog Tasks.

4. Utilize the search box to input the Vendor name or Vendor ID.

5. In addition, you may also opt to manage the columns and the vendor management task list by:

   • Sorting – Simply click the column title to arrange the list by descending or ascending order.

   • Hiding columns – Hover over a specific column and click the ellipsis icon. From the ellipsis selection, choose Hide column.

   • Managing columns – Hover over a specific column and click the ellipsis icon. From the ellipsis selection, choose Manage columns and toggle the columns on/off to display or un/hide them.
