How to Modify Your Search in Subscription Page in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how to seamlessly search for subscription/s in CRM using the available filter drop-down menus.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From the CRM’s left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales. Click Subscriptions.

6. Just below the two (2) search boxes is a series of drop-down menus that let you choose criteria to modify your search:

   • Active – displays only all active subscriptions

   • Pending – displays only all pending subscriptions

   • Expiration timeline (in days)

   • Auto-renew timeline (in days)

   • Trial – displays only all trial subscriptions

   • All – displays all subscriptions, regardless of expiration, status, etc.

7. Modify these drop-downs as needed to customize your view accordingly.
