How to Move Dashboard Items to Trash from Shared Folders from Supply Chain in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

This document includes steps on how to move dashboard items to trash from shared folders from Supply chain in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).  

Important: This feature is available only to Inventory Reviewers and Country Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Supply chain, then click Country overview. 

4. Click the Folder icon at the top right corner. The Folder section will expand in the right pane.

5. Click Shared to open the shared folders. The Folders, Dashboards and Looks will appear in the right pane.

6. Click the desired dashboard to view it. 

7. Click the ellipsis at the top right corner.

8. From the drop-down menu, click Move to trash. 

9. A confirmation window will appear. Click Move to trash. 

Note: The option to move items to trash is available in all tabs of Country Overview.
