How to Navigate Bid Life Cycle in GDE in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to navigate Bid Life Cycle in GDE in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu Revenue and click GDE deals & discounts or Navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: Ingram Micro - GDS.

4. If using the standalone link, from the homepage, choose GDE Deals and Discounts.

5. Click the link for Bid Life Cycle.

6. You can search in the search by within Bid Life Cycle by:

   a. Vendor

   b. Program Name

   c. Bid Status

   d. Bid Number

   e. BCN

   f. Quote Number

   g. Specified Date Range

7. Select the way in which you would like to search.

8. Put your corresponding search criteria in the box.

9. Click enter.

10. Click on the hyperlinked Deal# to get details regarding your bid.
